The Roger Smith Hotel will authorize the first night room rate and taxes on the provided credit card to determine the validity of said credit card. All hotel rooms booked with a valid credit card are guaranteed for late arrival. Any hotel rooms booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.

Cancellations must be requested by 3:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, 24-hours prior to the hotel reservation date of arrival, to avoid a penalty charge of the first night room rate and taxes per room.
No-Show Policy: No-Shows apply to any or all guests who have a reservation at the Roger Smith Hotel, who do not appear on the reservation date of arrival, and who do not provide a proper cancellation notification. No-Shows will be charged a penalty equivalent to the first night room rate and taxes, per room.
