Over ten years ago, The Roger Smith Hotel accepted its first group of interns to work with us in New York. Since then, we have provided an exchange of experiences for many Hospitality students around the globe. Each year, staff from our management team travels to schools around the world in search of students who would be a great addition to our family, and at the same time would like to use their educational experiences and put them to practical use. Over the years, we have had management trainees from Sweden, Great Britain, Italy, USA, Ireland, Brazil, Australia and many regions in Spain. Most trainees stay one year, and receive training in our operations, sales, rooms and front office departments. Over the many years The Roger Smith Hotel has hosted the program, it has evolved to become one of the pillars of what makes us  so succesful.
